Betway used to be my favorite online casino. Beautiful screen images; lots of interesting games; smooth and fluid programs; decent wins possible; mostly, very fast withdrawal processing. But now... (see below)

The casino seems to be trying a new version of its online interface which, compared with the old one, lacks of many my favorite slots, and blocks some others without reason. The screen color is ugly, the whole program is buggy (you can get an error message even when clicking on Bank button!). No result after having chatted with casino staff. Very sad! Looking forward to its improvement.

They had a very straightforward layout on the website. They also processed my withdrawl via interac hassle-free. For these reasons I will consider using them again although other reviews and their poor online support have me hesitant.

The only way to get help seems to be via online chat and it's seemingly intentionally slow and clunky. I signed up for the deposit bonus and didn't read the terms closely which is on me. I made my first bet, won, and then saw that it's done 50/50 (bonus / my bankroll). To unlock my bonus I needed to wager roughly 25 times my deposit and I didn't want that so I contatced support to ask them to waive my bonus. They were so slow and bad I just decided to cash out. I was concerned about cashing out given other feedback on here about how slow it is so I wanted to get that started. It took roughly 5 days for $265 after having won a $30 wager - no issue at all in my opinion. I'll consider using Betway again - just not with a bonus.

Very fast withdrawals I have used many many online casinos and this is by far the fastest I’ve ever seen, same day go into bank account even on weekends. Which is rare in my book. Good selection of slots and live games.

I haven’t found anything that I wasn’t happy with I’d actually self excluded from a bunch of casinos I wasn’t happy to play at anymore and found this site and have been pretty impressed since I have done so.

Odds aren't below the usual norm, and this is very easily compensated with the promotions they're always running on the sportsbook. The casino, while I very rarely use it does have a wide variety of games.

Long wait time for withdrawals and a very bad payment tracker that can't be depended on to store the right withdrawal information in their system. The casino will never take responsibility for their fault and will openly lie to your face on the customer chat when you have proof that they are.

Imo solid casino with good bonus (I like the flexi bonus), managed to get big cashout after wagering their welcome bonus, and they paid it fairly quickly (3 business days)

For the brief time I was able to bet, the app seemed pretty good. The odds are solid and the prop bets are plentiful. In game action seemed pretty good.

I signed up, placed 3 bets on day 1, then my account was restricted. I was permitted to bet up to $7.32 on any one bet.

Customer service says that accounts are reviewed periodically, “senior traders” can restrict accounts, their decisions are final, and no one gets to know why. While the restriction is idiotic, the fact that there’s no communication about the restriction is annoying. It feels like a scam - while they told me my sports betting was restricted, I was free to play their casino games. Thanks but no thanks. Going to cash out and delete the app. Too bad, seemed promising.

I have been their customer for years. I have always got my payments, (after waiting a few days). I haven’t won anything major, tho. Their live betting is amazing. It’s easy and fast to make a deposit and withdrawal request.

Nowadays I play mostly in casinos, not betting. Their casino has a very limited selection of slots. Most major providers aren’t there. A major minus is the withdrawal pending times. It can be sometimes as much as 2-3 days. If you’re having a bad moment; you might end up reversing it and gambling it away. Has happened to me also. You should be able to at least lock the request or something.

Worst site when it comes to withdrawal they take forever and then they do it on purpose so you can reverse payment and use the funds don't play here. I closed my account never back here and making sure no one else falls for this. I wish I seen the reviews here before playing,

Its one of the worst online casino i have ever used. They are quick to take deposits but not quick to sort out withdrawal!!! Ridiculous!!it took them over 2 days to process my withdrawal and when i spoke to customer service on chat they weren’t very helpful nor did they genuinely wanted to help with my query.
