I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved issue I have encountered with the online gambling platform Wild.io.
After signing up and playing a game on the platform, I won my bet and attempted to make a withdrawal. My withdrawal request was rejected, and I was informed that I needed to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
I promptly submitted the documents I had available. Shortly after, I received another message from the Wild.io team requesting additional documentation. These included:
The back of my national ID card, and
A photograph of myself holding the ID card alongside a paper displaying the word "Wild.io," my signature, and the current date.
I complied with their request and submitted all the required documents.
However, more than 24 hours have passed, and I have not received any response from Wild.io regarding the status of my verification or withdrawal. I have attempted to reach out multiple times via email and live chat, but unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.
While I genuinely appreciate the design and experience the website offers, this lack of communication and the delay in processing a simple KYC verification is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I am deeply concerned about the transparency and responsiveness of their customer support.
I kindly request that AskGamblers assist in ensuring Wild.io honors my withdrawal request and communicates with me regarding the status of my KYC verification.

We would like to clarify that there was no delay from our side in handling the case. Our team was waiting for the full set of requested documents to be uploaded to the user account before the verification could proceed. Once all documents were received, the KYC process was initiated.
As part of our enhanced security measures, we also conducted a video verification call via Skype to ensure full compliance. In some cases, a more thorough review is necessary, and while we understand this may feel inconvenient, these procedures are in place to protect both the user and the platform.
Following the review of the case, we found that the account was in breach of our Terms and Conditions, specifically the Sportsbook Rule 12, which states that users from restricted countries are not allowed to deposit or play real money bets, as it can be seen below:

Wild.io cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that a player breaches this Restricted Countries policy."
As a result, the account was reset to reflect the initial deposited amount, which was returned, and the account has since been closed in accordance with our terms.

We would like to clarify that no terms and conditions regarding restrictions have been updated or changed before or after the verification process has been initiated. Both the Casino and Sportsbook sections have a their own set of rules.
As a result of the verification process, all bets made have been declared void and the user's account has been reset to the initial deposited amount. The user has already withdrawn the funds and the account has been closed.

The website shouldn't be accessible to Nigeria if they don't allow Nigerians to play with real money. This a technique they employ to rip people off their winnings, this is a joke of a bookie. My personal advice to anyone that wants to use this site, consider other better casinos/sportsbook out there this one will use their T&C as an edge in not paying your winnings stay clear. My case is hereby resolved.
