Hello, I want to make this complaint to wild.io casino. I was scammed with 13600 USD ( 1,5 months ago in trx, maybe be amount has changed a little).

At this moment Casino Guru already made decision that wild.io scammed me. I do not know how about link, but you can check 13600 compliant with wild.io (it is mine)

I deposited about 800 USD in trx.

Played only slots, and after the wager was finished I had about 6000 balance.

Then the casino asked for KYC, I sent it all.

Then I played again slots and my balance was about 13600.

Casino asked for a video call with Skype and closed my account

I made calls and answered all questions.

Then the casino said that I broke some rules, saying that I using some scam schemes.

wild.io casino can not confirm it at Casino Guru, and started a new scheme, they said that Latvia is one of countries that can not receive bonuses. Also 4 same cases now. You can see this in unresolved complaints.

I want you will mark this casino as bad. Thanks

We would like to bring to your attention that the system has automatically flagged the user's account. Subsequent to conducting identity verification, it has been established that the user resides in a region where the welcome package is not permissible, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on the welcome package promotion page:

"3. The First, Second and Third Deposit Bonuses are not available for players from Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, China, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Austria, Estonia, Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, Moldova, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary. This restriction applies to any and all bonuses and/or promotions which are offered as replacement for the First, Second or Third Deposit Bonuses. In order to become eligible for any bonuses and/or promotions, users from Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, China, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, Moldova, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary need to have at least 3 deposits already made at Wild.io. If users attempt to claim any bonuses that are part of the Welcome Package, any bonuses and winnings will be confiscated and the account will be reset to the last deposited amount, if the deposited funds are still available inside the account."

Consequently, the user's account has been reverted to the initial deposited amount, which remains accessible for withdrawal within their account.

at casino guru this wild io has already 2.5.
After they tryied to say that a lot of players use fraud schemes with welcome bonus and casino guru declined this, wild io try antoher reason to steal money

this casino already are known like big scammers, casino guru approved rating 2.5
First they asked video call to verify account.
Then trying to say that i use some fraud schemes.
When casino guru said that they do not have evidence, same in other complaints from another gamblers, wild.io added some countries to list "restricted for bonuses" and now they try to steal balance with absolutely new reason

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Wild.io Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

We can confirm the aforementioned term was clearly stated on the promotion page for the welcome package at the time the player claimed the bonus.   

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
