Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am requesting your assistance regarding an issue with Wild.io Casino, which has been unable to verify my account since October 7th 2025.

Despite submitting all required documents and completing every verification step requested, including a live video call with their security department, my account remains unverified.

Since that time, I have not received any response or update from the casino. As a result:

I am unable to place any bets,

I am unable to withdraw my funds amounting to 622.65 USDT,

The support team has not provided any clear information regarding the status of my verification.

My account is effectively blocked, and I cannot access my own funds. I kindly ask for AskGamblers’ help in resolving this situation, facilitating the completion of my verification process, and restoring access to my account and funds.

Following a full review by our Security and Risk teams, we confirm that the verification process has been completed and that the user has already been notified of the final decision. The investigation identified multiple accounts linked to the user, as well as collusion activity between users. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, such actions constitute a violation, and in these cases winnings are declared void.

The player’s last deposit amount has been returned to their account as per our internal procedures.

Dear Wild.io Casino,

I would like to address once again the allegations regarding supposed “multi-accounting”. To this day, I have not received any concrete evidence supporting these claims. Therefore, I kindly request that you provide clear and verifiable information on which the decision to block my account and withhold my funds was based.

I would also like to point out that, if any irregularities were allegedly detected, the casino had every opportunity to notify me as early as October 7, when — according to Wild.io — the first signals appeared. However, I did not receive any message, warning, or explanation. I am only learning about these allegations now, after my balance has been frozen.

Therefore, I am requesting the following:

1. Please provide full documentation and evidence that Wild.io relies on to accuse me of multi-accounting.

2. Please explain why I was not informed about this matter since October 7

I request the release and payment of my winnings, as until valid and verified proof is presented, I consider the withholding of my funds to be unjustified.

I expect a transparent and prompt resolution to this matter.
