I deposited 202 USDT approx on 6th November AM. There was an issue with my account not showing the bonus so support had to keep telling me my wager left. In the evening of this day I had wagered over 60% with a balance of around 750 left (202 of this was my initial deposit).
I logged in on the 7th and the welcome bonus had disappeared from my account. The welcome bonus is valid for 7 days to be able to beat the wagering requirements as per their terms and conditions. I raised it on this date, and every time I email or ask them (I’ve asked every day for the last 5 days) and keep getting the same copy and paste response of roughly the below:

I constantly ask for a manager to contact me and get ignored. I’ve also asked why they can’t just adjust my balance but still keep getting ignored.
I’ve since wagered my initial deposit but I should still have around 550 in bonus funds but I keep getting fobbed off
I’ve no choice but to submit this complaint as it shouldn’t take this long to resolve
