Hi there,
I requested a withdrawal 2 days ago via fast bank transfer, i deposited some money and won some. For no reason status is pending although verification is completed and they assured me that they require nothing from me. I already spoke two times I with a online representative and they told me that procedure will proceed but no money have been sent.

Following a request on behalf the Slotty Vegas Casino management for re-evaluation of the operator's closed AGCCS cases, AskGamblers Complaint Team reached to the conclusion that in this particular case there is no evidence for operator's misconduct. Reason - player cancelled withdrawal, then requested a new one which has been duly paid within the allocated withdrawal time frames. Therefore, the status of the complaints case is being changed from Resolved to Rejected.
