I have been on live chat and also emailed. I keep getting generic answers in live chat with no proper answer or reason. In email I have not heard back expect once saying it should be processed within 3 working days. Since then I have not heard anything.
I would appreciate it if you could kindly provide me with a status update and clarify the reasons for this delay. As a valued customer, I expect timely and efficient processing of all transactions, and I trust that you will give this matter your immediate attention.
Please let me know when I can expect my withdrawal to be completed. I would also appreciate confirmation of any additional documentation or steps required on my part to expedite the process.
