Hello, I would like to ask for help because trying to sort something out in chat with support doesn't help and I have been waiting for my payment for 20 days.
02/07/2025 I submitted two withdrawal requests (screen)
after a few days of waiting, I asked support how long my payout to SKRILL can be processed. I learned that there are a lot of withdrawal requests at any given time and it may be delayed. Ok I said it happens. But a week later my withdrawal request still had the status “in verification”. Again I went to live support where I was informed as before that my money will definitely reach me but I still have to wait a bit longer.
Today is the 20th day of the wait, I tried again to find out more on live support but again I was left without concrete information.
I ask ASKGAMBLERS to help me with my case.
