My name is < full name removed >, and I am submitting a complaint regarding my withdrawal from Revolution Casino (Curacao license).
I won a total of €11,933.60 on Revolution Casino. To release this amount, I played a bonus of €1,400 on a €20 initial deposit, fulfilling all bonus requirements according to the casino rules. After completing the bonus, my remaining balance of €11,933.60 became available for withdrawal.
On Friday, 16/01/2026 at 09:00 AM, I submitted my first withdrawal request of €500 (Transaction ID: c861a710-1be7-4386-b583-0c4d7b06a7f0), which is the maximum daily withdrawal allowed for my player level (Level 1). According to the casino’s terms and conditions (Clause 6.15), withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
As of today, 22/01/2026, my withdrawal is still marked as “under review”. I have contacted Revolution Casino multiple times via email and live chat:
• Chat agents stated that the withdrawal had been “sent from their side”
• Email support said the withdrawal is still “being reviewed by the Finance Department”
These statements are contradictory, and the funds have not been credited to my account.
I have fully complied with all rules:
• I am a new player (Level 1)
• I have not exceeded daily (€500) or monthly (€7,000) withdrawal limits
• I have not used VPNs or broken any terms
• My account is fully verified
I have also read all available reviews and complaints about Revolution Casino and noticed many players have experienced problems with withdrawals. I am now facing a similar issue and I am asking for your help and guidance to recover my legitimate winnings of €11,933.60, starting with the pending €500.
