NetBet Casino - Ridiculous withdrawal times and rude customer service

I have won just over £21,000 and have withdrew all of this to my PayPal account which I have been depositing from to Netbet. I have been asked for identification several times an provided this twice. Customer service says theses documents are validated but still have to wait for payment to be verified. I can't understand this it's just a straight forward win and withdrawal, but this company just seems intent on keeping the money and I have read hundreds of reviews that say the same. The live chat always says the advisor is 'Kevin' I don't believe this to be true. And even so whoever it is has been very rude and acts like this isn't an issue.... Its 21 grand of course its an issue! I have absolutely no faith that this company with pay up.

I would like to fully retract my complaint.
I had been reading many bad reviews about payout times and practices. Certainly in my case this proved to be completely untrue.
I had been very worried due to the amount won that I would not be paid out, but I withdrew the money on Saturday 18th July and it was in my PayPal account on Monday 20th July.
I did have to send documentation twice, but in the grand scheme of things this was not a problem.
I did promise an advisor at netbet that should my withdrawal be processed in a suitable space of time that I would apologise and retract my complaint - which I do.
I apologise for making this complaint and would like to say that my experience has not matched up with any of the negative reviews that I have read - yes some of the customer service agents were rude, but the casino itself is definitely not trying to scam people out of money or holding onto it unnecessarily.
I will definitely use them again in the future with confidence.

I have checked your account and I can see that the withdrawals registered on Saturday and Sunday were all validated yesterday, thus Monday.
We are sorry to hear that you feel it took too long to be processed but winnings have to pass through a verification process and we were also waiting for some documents from your end. Any future payment will be processed in within 24 hours now that your account is verified and all the documents provided.
