I have deposited several times on netbet using skrill without problems. When trying to make a withdrawal, they only allow me to do it by international bank transfer. They disabled skrill and neteller in my account so I can't withdraw money.

I contacted them and they told me this as an excuse:

It is incredible that you cannot withdraw to the same payment method you use to deposit. There are people who have been with this problem for two months and you continue with the excuse of the "technical problem". This is a fraud.

We are indeed working into fixing our issue with the withdrawal payments done via Skrill.

I am very sorry for the situation encountered and we're giving our best to have it solved, in the meantime the only solution is to have the payments done via a bank transfer.

I cannot receive international transfers, the banks in my country do not accept payments related to gambling. The only way I have to withdraw money is using the same method I used to deposit (skrill).

I also requested a manual withdrawal of $ 390 but they told me it is not possible.

Netbet has been with this problem for more than two months but still accepting deposits via skrill / neteller without problems. They do not even notify when accepting deposits that such digital wallets are not available to withdraw.

In conclusion, there is no way I can withdraw my money and I am waiting for them to solve a problem that has not been solved for two months.
