Hi there

I signed up recently, made a deposit and luckily managed to win something! When I made a withdrawal, ID verification was requested which I immediately provided and it was accepted as confirmed by live chat support. Upon accepting my ID, NetBet casino proceeded to close my account and have held my withdrawal to ransom.

I haven't been made aware of why my account has been closed and/or when I will receive my withdrawal. Live chat cannot help either. I am awaiting a sum of over £1013

Hello

I would just like to confirm the case resolved. I have been issued with my withdrawal after being interrogated on the phone about another account that I do not actually have.

They have also decided that I will no longer be eligible for any promotions because I was fortunate to come away with profit. Definitely a casino/bookmaker to avoid.
