I made withdrawal from mostbet of 53,400 PKR on 28th August, 2025 at 21:04 pm. The payment did not get credited to my Nayapay account. When I asked mostbet customer support on telegram they told me to provide a proof of bank statement. Then I sent them a proof of bank statement. Then I got an email from mostbet that your issue is resolved but I still did not get the amount credited to my account. When I went to most bet customer support again they told me that the payment is successfully made. They provided me with fake transaction slips from meezan bank twice. No transaction number was mentioned. Then again when I complained to them that the amount is not credited they told me to make a screen recording of the nayapay transaction history which I sent them. After that again I got an email saying that the issue is resolved but still the amount did not reach my account. They always send the amount from nayapay to naya pay but this time they sent from meezan bank to nayapay, and that is fishy. I’m attaching all the proofs including my gaming id and transaction slips that they provided me with and also screenshot of my bank statement which you can view and take action against them. I’m attaching all the proofs including my bank statement and gaming id. As I have already submitted the fake transaction slips mostbet has provided me with. You can see that the transaction slips by mostbet are from 29th August,2025 at 1:22 am and another on 29th August, 2025 at 10:24 pm. I have already sent a screen recording of my bank transaction history and also sent my bank statement but they are still asking me to send an official response from nayapay with their transaction number which is a fake one. I asked the nayapay customer support, they said that no such transaction was made with such transaction number and they never send any email stating that they have not received the amount with this fake transaction number. Naya pay customer support told me that the bank statement is enough to be provided for a proof to any sender that the amount is not received. I contacted on naya pay’s app’s chat and they have told me clearly that no such amount has been credited to my account, I’m attaching its screenshot too. I know that mostbet is a known platform and never betray their clients but they have Pakistani agents who send the withdrawal amount to clients and they generate fake meezan bank transaction receipts to fool both mostbet and the clients. They are complete fraudsters who are just here to throw dirt on mostbet’s reputation.I can also pursue legal implications for submitting fake evidence under PECA 2016, Section 16, which criminalizes the creation or use of a false electronic document if my problem isn’t solved. I request askgamblers team to please look into this matter and give me justice.

To find out information about the lack of funds on your details, you need to contact your bank with a unique transaction number - 241190. If the bank cannot find funds using this code, you must provide a screenshot of the official response of the bank based on the results of checking the code and a bank statement from the date of withdrawal of funds to today in PDF format.
We'll pass on this information to our team and they will look into the issue further.

I have contacted them through call and they said that we have not received any amount with this transaction number as it is a fake one. They also told me that we never send emails to customers regarding fake transaction numbers that the amount is not received at their end. Dear Askgamblers team, I have already attached the screenshot of the chat I had with my bank, they clearly stated that the amount is not received at their end and the sender needs to contact their bank. Please ask mostbet casino to provide the bank statement of the sender so we all know that the amount was sent or not. I have submitted the bank statement and you can see that no such amount was credited to my account now it’s time for mostbet casino to provide a screenshot of the bank statement from their fraudster sender. I request Askgamblers team to please look into this matter and solve it.
Also now mostbet casino replied that the withdrawal was confirmed on 29th August,2025 at 10:24pm, but I have two screenshots of the transaction so it means that both are fake. If the first time the withdrawal was successful then why did they sent the amount again. The other transaction was made on 29th August,2025 at 1:22 am. I’m attaching the screenshots.

I have already submitted my bank statement which is enough for a proof as the bank told me. No payment can be deleted or edited from the bank statement, please ask gamblers team have a look at the bank statement and the chat I had with NayaPay. They have already told me that no such amount was sent to my account. Now I’m really fed up as I’m trying for a week to get my payment cleared but most bet is not cooperating. I have provided all the proofs. Bank has told me that they don’t send such letters to prove that the amount is not cleared but still I have provided you with the screenshot of the chat I had with NayaPay customer care. Please have a look at it. I don’t have enough energy left to fight for this please help me.
