I’m seeking your urgent support to get my money from this platform as almost 2 weeks right now and they still trying and he just rejecting to give me my money

The issue starts when I win and start to withdraw. I ordered ,i submitted a withdrawal request for 3000 EGP. That was on March 5, 2026 exactly at 4:12 AM sharp CLT and next second one on the same date after exactly 15 minutes it was at 4:28 AM CLT for amount 2000 EGP and I found out that force request submitted successfully and the resolution which is showing on the website that payment done successfully. You have fun both attached transactions.

I complained the schedule you receive I didn’t receive this provide proof that you didn’t receive. I censor prove he said no way it’s not official. We will not consider this as approved. You have to get some requirements and they required whatever they required. I provide even they required me to record the video using another phone to my accountant, showing that I didn’t receive and I provided all whatever they ask me for then I ask them to show me the proof of payment from your agent, they didn’t provide anything. They told me that they were sent me emails with the result of my complaint and they didn’t send me emails by coincidence I’m talking to customer service for the serve withdrawal request I made today for a amount 3550 EGP they told me the previous one is closed. You have to run out of your mind. You have to get heart attack in order to beat your mind. Those guys once I submitted the required document they simply add to my account just 3000 Egp back. And a day after this, they added 2000 EGP but they didn’t stop like this. They took 3550+ yesterday he took 4200 EGP and those last amount before I order. I withdraw I sent to the customer care support message asking them. Is there any new issue because I’m about to make withdrawal request and I don’t want any problems I want my money in peace this no you will receive your money within three hours once again, I submitted the request. Kindly be informed that three days ago once I receive the payment from this platform direct instantly I replied to my complaint informing your respective site that they finally paid me some of my money also the amount of 3550 as well,
Regarding the last amount which is for size of 200 equals this is an $70. I think they trying to convince me that they sent it on two days on two transactions and as per attached veggie screen also I sent it by mail. You’ll find know any single transaction on this specific debts resource amount dimension they trying to convince me that they don’t have this amount which is a huge amount $70 and the sent to me in installments doesn’t make any sense. Also I was respect your general support as per a test only one transaction with this amount and it’s sent from my other wallet from me. Nothing more nothing this. Finally I just want to add that two days ago I even created request and they paid 500 EGP and they still right now I didn’t even receive. Regarding the issues with deposits. We see that one deposit has already been verified by the finance team, and the following response was provided: “There is no such deposit in this account (03/16/2026, 12:50 AM, and 500 EGP). Please check the accuracy of the ID or the accuracy of the provided receipt or bank statement.”

Regarding the second deposit in the amount of 45 from 03/18/2026, we need to verify all the details. Please send us the receipt and bank statement covering the period from the date of the deposit to the present. We will look into it.
