Withdrawal amount not credited to my account
Hello,
I made withdrawal from mostbet of 53,400 PKR on 28th August, 2025 at 21:04 pm. The payment did not get credited to my Nayapay account. When I asked mostbet customer support on telegram they told me to provide a proof of bank statement. Then I sent them a proof of bank statement. Then I got an email from mostbet that your issue is resolved but I still did not get the amount credited to my account. When I went to most bet customer support again they told me that the payment is successfully made. They provided me with fake transaction slips from meezan bank twice. No transaction number was mentioned. Then again when I complained to them that the amount is not credited they told me to make a screen recording of the nayapay transaction history which I sent them. After that again I got an email saying that the issue is resolved but still the amount did not reach my account. They always send the amount from nayapay to naya pay but this time they sent from meezan bank to nayapay, and that is fishy. I’m attaching all the proofs including my gaming id and transaction slips that they provided me with and also screenshot of my bank statement which you can view and take action against them.
