Both payments were successfully deducted from my side, but the funds are still missing from my Mostbet account. I have the transaction proof and screenshots for these deposits.

I have already tried contacting the support team but the issue has not been resolved. I kindly request AskGamblers to help investigate this matter and ask the casino to credit my missing deposits as soon as possible.

Please provide clear evidence that the disputed deposits are related to this particular brend, maybe you have mistaken casinos or transaction info.

Kindly note that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaints system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process and providing updates in a timely manner is a must.

Should you fail to update your complaint within the specified timeframes, we will have no other choice but to reject the case and recommend you to forward it to the relevant regulatory body instead.

I would like to clarify that the deposit of **PKR 45,000 made on 5 March 2026** was successfully deducted from my bank account. My bank has confirmed that the transaction was completed and the amount was transferred.

I have already provided my **bank statement and transaction proof** showing that the payment was processed successfully. According to the bank, the transaction has been completed and reflected from their side.

Therefore, I kindly request Mostbet to investigate this matter again with their payment provider or agent through whom the deposit was made.

If needed, I can also request additional confirmation from my bank regarding this transaction.

Regarding the deposits of **PKR 45,000** and **PKR 20,000**, my bank has confirmed that the transactions were successfully transferred from my account.

Since Mostbet claims that their agent did not receive the payments, I believe the only clear way to resolve this matter is for Mostbet to provide the **relevant bank statement of the mentioned agent** for the transaction dates directly to the AskGamblers team.

This will allow AskGamblers to independently verify whether the amounts were received by the agent or not.

From my side, the bank confirms that the transfers were successfully processed, and I am ready to provide any additional proof if required.

I have already provided my official bank statement as proof, which clearly shows that both transactions were successfully completed and the amount was deducted from my account.

I also attempted to upload a screen recording from my banking application as additional evidence, but due to file size limitations, I am currently unable to upload it here. However, I am fully ready to provide this video evidence through any alternative method if required.

This clearly confirms that the payment has been successfully sent from my side. Therefore, if Mostbet claims that the agent has not received the funds, I strongly request them to provide complete and transparent proof, including the full transaction history of the agent's account for the same date and time.

At this point, all valid evidence from my side has been provided, and I believe the issue lies on the receiving end.

I kindly request AskGamblers to thoroughly investigate this matter and resolve it fairly based on the evidence submitted.
