Both payments were successfully deducted from my side, but the funds are still missing from my Mostbet account. I have the transaction proof and screenshots for these deposits.
I have already tried contacting the support team but the issue has not been resolved. I kindly request AskGamblers to help investigate this matter and ask the casino to credit my missing deposits as soon as possible.

I also attempted to upload a screen recording from my banking application as additional evidence, but due to file size limitations, I am currently unable to upload it here. However, I am fully ready to provide this video evidence through any alternative method if required.
This clearly confirms that the payment has been successfully sent from my side. Therefore, if Mostbet claims that the agent has not received the funds, I strongly request them to provide complete and transparent proof, including the full transaction history of the agent's account for the same date and time.
At this point, all valid evidence from my side has been provided, and I believe the issue lies on the receiving end.

Regarding the deposits of **PKR 45,000** and **PKR 20,000**, my bank has confirmed that the transactions were successfully transferred from my account.
Since Mostbet claims that their agent did not receive the payments, I believe the only clear way to resolve this matter is for Mostbet to provide the **relevant bank statement of the mentioned agent** for the transaction dates directly to the AskGamblers team.
This will allow AskGamblers to independently verify whether the amounts were received by the agent or not.
From my side, the bank confirms that the transfers were successfully processed, and I am ready to provide any additional proof if required.
