Hello guys,

I have received notification that my account was frozen on Mostbet platform. I received email that i need to pass verification, there was a list of necessary documents. I sent them all, but it keep auto-replying me that I need to send my transaction evidence from card.

I sent it in screenshot picture, as well as with pdf file form bank confirming my deposit from my bank card.

However, they still reply me with same message: "send us transaction evidence from card" it seems like robot-style reply.

I have left 371 euros on my account.

I received call from Skype but it’s said due to poor connectivity you can’t accept call, what’s wrong with their software, I went to connect to WiFi where speed was 50-70mbts but still showed unreliable speed and refusal to accept call!!! Scam!!!!! I even sent them screenshot of my internet speed but they told me to wait another day to Skype call, how long they will prolong and not pay money???? Smells like scam to me, they will say same thing every week. I told them to call me but they told me select next time for another Skype call and blocked me on Skype. It seems that they are just don’t want to pay money!

Yes, they verified me and paid everything out, however I got limited. But overall I am very pleased with outcome. Good job Mostbet support. If possible I want administration to remove my complaint and whole thread. Thanks.
