I have received notification that my account was frozen on Mostbet platform. I received email that i need to pass verification, there was a list of necessary documents. I sent them all, but it keep auto-replying me that I need to send my transaction evidence from card.
I sent it in screenshot picture, as well as with pdf file form bank confirming my deposit from my bank card.
However, they still reply me with same message: "send us transaction evidence from card" it seems like robot-style reply.
I have left 371 euros on my account.
