After completing KYC, the player claims that his balance should be €48,037, but on January 10th he logged in and the balance was only €0.2. Thus, the player claims that the funds disappeared from his balance.
Аs a result of check we did not find any incorrect write-offs from the player's balance. The player lost his balance as a result of casino bets.
