I have registered on mostbet and have been playing for 3 months. While registering I have uploaded my identity proofs also. I lost at the start and started winning and kept withdrawals. All were going smoothly. All of a sudden I got a message my account had been frozen while I was playing. I was asked to mail documents. I did them. They have verified and asked for a video call. They have scheduled me for an appointment. I attended, and provided all the documents that were asked by them. Even the person said everything looks fine and you have no issues. You will get your account to unfreeze. But it's more than 50 days now, still I am mailing them. They are not responding. When I contacted chat support, they were saying, you need to mail as we don't have access, but the mailing part is of no use. I don't know whom to contact now. Please help me get my money back. I got an amount of 82,000 rupees. I didn't do any kind of fraud or anything. My user id is < username removed >.
