I've tried to make two withdrawals from librabet:
The first one 9.10.2022 of 500€ and second one 15.10.2022. Now its went over a month and I've tried many times contact the casino to ask about why the money is not received yet. I used casino bonus for the first deposit.
They give me no information of reason of delay and just say that wait until we contact you. I really need this money and it's been over a month.
