Hi, I'm sending you a complaint against frumzi for two unpaid bets and an uncredited bonus. One bet dates back to months ago (November), the other more recent, but they are using the same strategy, i.e. that of letting time pass unnecessarily. The bonus for achieved objectives was reached weeks ago. I've been trying to solve it for months by sending emails and writing in chat. They never respond to emails, in chat they always say they will resolve it and send an email, only to let some more time pass and not pay. In fact they don't solve it and the response email never arrives. I am sending you screenshots of the bets won and the conversations we had; the bonus of €40 for objectives achieved never credited, the methods of achieving the objectives and the bets that prove that the objectives have been achieved. I thank you right away.

First of all, thank you for looking into my case. As shown in the screenshots, I should receive €71.22 (€32.06+€39.16) for the two bets and €40 for the objectives achieved. So in total €111.22.
