My name is < removed > and I want to complain about casino Frumzi !

I have successfully completed the bonus achievement of 1000€ and still today I have not received my reward !

They asked about a video record of how I log in to casino and going to the page of achievements and still today after 20 days I don’t have an answer!

I am grateful that the complaint reopened !

It’s been almost one month in 3 days since I have successfully completed the achievement of 1000€ !
And I don’t know why I don’t have take my reward till now !
The only answer is wait ,and that I will get an email ! ( the email never comes )

And I want to get compensation about the for the damage I have suffered mentally and not only !

I am looking forward to receiving your reply !
