This is literally my last resort to try and get this sorted. I've been trying to withdraw since Monday and it's now Wednesday. I keep being told that theres an error with the IT department and withdrawals aren't able to be issued, even though deposits are working fine. Its unacceptable that it's been 3 days and now I'm being told it could be several more days. If withdrawals cant be processed, then the casino should not be accepting deposits

Still waiting to be able to withdraw. Will be 3 weeks tomorrow. In touch with Fantasino but not getting any further on. I'm starting to think I'm not actually gonna get this money which is obviously disappointing, I'm actually surprised at Fantasino.com for how this has been handled. A great casino which has gone down in a lot of peoples estimation, Mine included. Got £1400 now waiting to withdraw and put myself on a cool off so as not to spend anymore. I just want this sorted, I log on at least once a day to try to withdraw but just get the same message

Unfortunately there are some external factors that are delaying the resolution of this, but rest assured that all winnings will be paid out. You may put yourself in Cool Off or limit your losses to €1 per month, for example, to avoid the risk of losing your winnings. I personally promise you that you will receive the full amount, hopefully very soon.

4 weeks today since I've been able to withdraw
Well been told via email that withdrawals "should" be back by the end of this week by the latest. So I'll wait and see and let you know if it comes to fruition

Yes I totally understand Stephen. If it doesn't get solved today, it will get solved early in the week (due to having a weekend in the middle). But it's almost solved, I already got confirmation from Upper Management. We are just waiting for something to be finished. Thank you!

Be fair, it's been almost 5 weeks since withdrawals have been possible and its beyond a joke! I just want my money and to put this all behind me. I've never experienced anything like this with an online casino.
