I won £1,872 with Fantasino and tried to withdraw on the 17th May.

I then sent my verification docs which were accepted.

Now for the last 10 days Fantsino have claimed they cannot send withdrawals because of a ‘technical problem’.

I have offered them my bank account details so they can transfer me my money. As all you need to make a bank transfer is an internet connection.

They haven’t sent me my money and won’t explain the ‘technical problem’.

Players are still able to deposit, however they cannot withdraw !

I really think that Fantasino do not have any money, and the ‘technical problem’ is a cash flow problem or worse them being broke.

Until the issue is resolved, we are advising customers that are trying to request a withdrawal, to please put their accounts in Cool Off or add some Limits to the account, to avoid the risk of losing the funds. Our priority is for you to receive your winnings at the earliest convenience.

It has been at least 3 weeks where Fantasino have claimed they cannot pay anyone.

I have emailed Fantsino my Iban and bic- why dont you wire transfer me the money?

Also I note that you are still accepting deposits, even though you are not processing withdrawals if the player wins. Why is this?

As mentioned to you via email, indeed we are still working to resolve this situation. Unfortunately there are some external factors that are delaying the resolution of this, but rest assured that all winnings will be paid out. You may put yourself in Cool Off or limit your losses to €1 per month, for example, to avoid the risk of losing your winnings. I personally promise you that you will receive the full amount, hopefully very soon.

I will email you immediately once this has been resolved and you may stay in touch with me via email for the time being. I'm always available and have always replied to any email from our players.

I do not believe that you have the money to pay me.

You have an internet connection, so you can make payment.

Please detail why you cannot pay me.

It is illegal to trade whilst insolvent.

I still have not been paid.

I am creating a case with CMA Enforcements Team if I havent been paid by this afternoon.

Please confirm if the issue has been resolved. Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly. Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS terms providing updates in a timely manner is a must.
