Won't pay me my 16 600€ winnings

I deposited 250€ on 14.7. 2016. I also took a 50% bonus that was available on my cashier. Later I forfeited this bonus because I started to win immediately with my own money and never touched that bonus. (Slottyvegas offers this option if you win with your own money. So actually all winnings came from my own real money and bonus was never touched) I won little over 16 600€ ( don’t have the exact amount cause they closed my account later and never wrote it down)

Then I got into problems and slottyvegas told me that they don’t pay me any of my winnings. They just returned my deposit on 18.7. and closed my account.

Also got info from their support about my confiscated winnings. 2 reasons why they cancelled it all:
They say that I wasnt suppose to get that bonus at all because I haven’t got any email about it first.
Other reason that they gave is that our household has 2 accounts and its against their t/c.

My household has 2 accounts on their site (mine and my husbands).Both accounts are 100% KYC- verified by their support earlier. Also they have confirmed to us earlier that its all ok to have those 2 account and both can play without no restrictions. Both of us have always got every single withdrawal from them without no problems at all. Suddenly now that I got those major winnings they changed their policy and told me that I had broke their t/c though all was fine in the past. So until this case they allowed us both to play but now with this major winnings seems that they just changed their minds without any grounds and just kept my money.

Underneath is my proof and evidence that imo shows that they got to pay me my winnings:
I also found another player who used this same bonus ( This same 50% deposit bonus was available for big amount of players) and also he didn’t get any email about it. And he also forfeited it as I did and made a succesfull cashout for his winnings. If needed I have got permission from him that his account details can be used as evidence on this case. So I don’t understand that how can Slottyvegas treat players differently because t/c is same for all.

Also I managed to find few other players who had got confirmation earlier from Slottyvegas that everytime there is bonus visible on accounts cashier, its ok to use it. There is a chat- screenshot also showing this.

There is also a chat-screenshot attached that shows that Slottyvegas really allows more that 1 account for same household.

Here is also a screenshot that shows how to choose a bonus from casinos cashier if it is available. In my case I chose 50% bonus. On screenshot-example there is only “welcome-bonus”. This is just to show how their system works in generally.

So in my point of view there is really no grounds at all for Slottyvegas to keep my money and they should pay it to me asap!

This complaint comes here with little delay cause I have tried to deal with it elsewhere but I haven’t got any help yet.

After a careful review and analysis of all details and proofs presented by both sides within the course of the complaints process AskGamblers Complaints Team reached to the conclusion that the confiscation of player's winnings was justified and in compliance with the casino terms and conditions and namely rule #5.6:

"In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of Slotty Vegas. Slotty Vegas may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person."

While we totally understand how frustrating for the affected player could be having their winnings confiscated, AskGamblers Complaints Team remains adamant on the position that rules are set for a good reason and must be followed no matter what. Despite the fact that player presented a screenshot of a chat transcript where a casino representative gave a green light for both accounts registered under the same household to keep playing, we believe this was done with the presumption that both players are using the casino in a good faith and abiding all the relevant rules, fact which later has been refuted by the player with their attempt to benefit form a particular casino offer in unfair means.

Based on all the above the case is considered resolved in favor of the casino operator and officially closed.

Hallo liebe ASKGAMBLERS Community.

Ich habe vor circa 1 Monat bei Slotty Vegas 2500 Euro gewonnen und wollte diese Auszahlen.
Dort wartete ich mit konto Bestätigung ganze 5 Tage lang bis die Auszahlung bearbeitet wurde.
Das fand ich alles noch in Ordnung da mein Konto ja noch überprüft werden musste und es meine erste Auszahlung war.

Damals fragte ich aber auch schon nach wieso dies alles so lange dauert und mir wurde gesagt das es bei der ersten Auszahlung immer bis zu 5 Tage dauert aber dafür ab der zweiten Auszahlung das Geld in max 48 Stunden unterwegs ist . So wurde mir es gesagt.


Nun gewann ich am 04.12.2020 wieder 1300 Euro und habe natürlich eine Auszahlung eingereicht. Seit dem Tut sich gar nichts mehr.
Im live Chat wird ständig gesagt das sie in der Warteschlange fest hängt und die Auszahlung wird sicher in denn nächsten Tagen bearbeitet.
Dies finde ich eine sehr schlechte Antwort da die nächsten Tage halt alles sein kann.

Gestern fragte ich nochmals nach , selbe Antwort wird bald bearbeitet.
Heute fragte ich nochmals nach, dort sah es besser aus, er fragte nach einen Datenabgleich, ich dachte er könnte meine Auszahlung bearbeiten. doch am schluss stellte sich herraus , die auszahlung hängt in der Warteschlange wird die nächsten Tage bearbeitet, also wie immer.

Ich sags mal so, schönes Casino, bin dort auch im Plus , die Slots funktionieren super. Aber ich persönlich als Spieler möchte nicht immer eine Woche auf meine Auszahlung warten falls es da überhaupt schon bearbeitet ist. Das weck einfach in mir ein bisschen Misstrauen und langsam mach ich mir Sorgen.
