Won't pay me my 16 600€ winnings
I deposited 250€ on 14.7. 2016. I also took a 50% bonus that was available on my cashier. Later I forfeited this bonus because I started to win immediately with my own money and never touched that bonus. (Slottyvegas offers this option if you win with your own money. So actually all winnings came from my own real money and bonus was never touched) I won little over 16 600€ ( don’t have the exact amount cause they closed my account later and never wrote it down)
Then I got into problems and slottyvegas told me that they don’t pay me any of my winnings. They just returned my deposit on 18.7. and closed my account.
Also got info from their support about my confiscated winnings. 2 reasons why they cancelled it all:
They say that I wasnt suppose to get that bonus at all because I haven’t got any email about it first.
Other reason that they gave is that our household has 2 accounts and its against their t/c.
My household has 2 accounts on their site (mine and my husbands).Both accounts are 100% KYC- verified by their support earlier. Also they have confirmed to us earlier that its all ok to have those 2 account and both can play without no restrictions. Both of us have always got every single withdrawal from them without no problems at all. Suddenly now that I got those major winnings they changed their policy and told me that I had broke their t/c though all was fine in the past. So until this case they allowed us both to play but now with this major winnings seems that they just changed their minds without any grounds and just kept my money.
Underneath is my proof and evidence that imo shows that they got to pay me my winnings:
I also found another player who used this same bonus ( This same 50% deposit bonus was available for big amount of players) and also he didn’t get any email about it. And he also forfeited it as I did and made a succesfull cashout for his winnings. If needed I have got permission from him that his account details can be used as evidence on this case. So I don’t understand that how can Slottyvegas treat players differently because t/c is same for all.
Also I managed to find few other players who had got confirmation earlier from Slottyvegas that everytime there is bonus visible on accounts cashier, its ok to use it. There is a chat- screenshot also showing this.
There is also a chat-screenshot attached that shows that Slottyvegas really allows more that 1 account for same household.
Here is also a screenshot that shows how to choose a bonus from casinos cashier if it is available. In my case I chose 50% bonus. On screenshot-example there is only “welcome-bonus”. This is just to show how their system works in generally.
So in my point of view there is really no grounds at all for Slottyvegas to keep my money and they should pay it to me asap!
