Good afternoon, please help me solve the problem with the Amunra casino. I have been playing at this casino for a long time and have made 19 deposits. I recently won 750 euros and wanted to put a payout, but the methods with which I made deposits (qiwi, neteller, skrill ) it was not found in the withdrawal methods, please note that the withdrawal according to the rules of the casino is only for the methods of popolenie .

I wrote to the support service for 3 weeks , they said that they were trying to solve my problem and that they had some kind of error. Support responds 1 time in 4 days, in the live chat they say that they can not help, I can not withdraw money after full verification of the account through no fault of my own. Please help me because I know that in case of any mistake, the casino can pay out the winnings by transferring funds to the skrill manually.
