On 2/11/2020, I made my first deposit to Amunra casino using Skrill. After playing my deposit through several times I decided to withdraw (175EUR), however I have been unable to initiate the withdrawal as there is no option to withdraw, in addition to it saying I have no money to cash out, which Livechat admitted was bug on their website. Each day I have asked live chat to help me, and sent emails. I have received useless general responses that they are working on the issue, when in fact they are just stalling my withdrawal. I want them to release my money immediately.
