October 2nd I registered and deposited 300 EUR to Amunra. I got their welcome offer 100% bonus and later managed to complete the wagering requirements leaving me with a balance of 9062 EUR.

I requested several withdrawals the next day (the maximum you can request per withdrawal is 1000 EUR).

On 8th of October Amunra emailed me that my account is verified and on the same day they paid my first 1000 EUR.

On the October 15th they emailed me that my account was closed and asked for documents and my bank details. I gave the requirements the same day.

On November 15th they paid me 1000 EUR again. On November 22nd they paid 1000 EUR again.

Since the November 22nd I have emailed Amunra many times and asked for when they will pay the rest, but no solid answer yet. It has now been more than two months since I played and won and since they have even blocked my account and I cannot play with the money I do not see any point prolonging the payments any longer. Can you please ask Amunra if they could just pay the remaining balance?
