Hello.


I made a withdraw from this casino 01.05.2021.

I sent documents, as requested.

My withdrawal was overall 2619€.

At this casino you can only withdraw 1000€ at once, so I made 3 withdrawals. 1000€, 1000€ and 619€.

They paid me the first 1000€ 18.5.2021, which is 6 days ago now.

I have sent them emails and all they can say, is that they don't have a date set to send my money.

Can it really be like this?

I mean I could make a casino and pay all the winnings, when I just want to.
