Hello Sir,

I registered and played on AmunRa casin on the 19th of January. I deposited 150 EUR and managed to get a withdrawal 3121 eur.

They verified my account in one week and paid the first 1000 eur of my withdrawal on the 29th of January. However after that I have requested them to pay the remaining balance multiple times, but until now they have still not paid me the rest of my winnings.

Please AmunRa process the rest of the payments as it has been over one month since my win. I will attach a file about the email conversation. I cannot login to my account at AmunRa so I cannot attach any screenshot from my account or game history at the casino.

I thank AmunRa and AskGamblers for the help.
