on the 28th june 2020 18:34 i made a 50 euro deposit using my visa card i also used their welcome bonus of 100% and the wager is completed 100%.
All my documents i was asked for has been send and they have also veryfied my account.
When i looked at my balance it says Amount 2900,26 EUR, Avilable for withdrawel = 0,00 EUR
I then contacted chat that said i should just ignore the error and proceed with the withdraw.
The problem is that when i click for withdraw, then i cannot choose visa for withdraw only neosurf, paysafecard, trustly and bank transfer.
The first three options i cannot use and also bank transfer is not an option for me as my bank does not allowed transfers from outside my country has to be done direct to my visa card.
In their site they write "for your safety we only allow withdraweals thorugh the same payment systems you have previously used for deposit" Since i used my visa card then i should only be able to use that for withdrawel.
I talked with chat again, first time they told me it was a temp error they hoped would be fixed asap. When i next time told them i could see others having the same issue back in may. They stopped to call it a temp error and just asked me to use one of the other withdrawel options. Even that should be against their own rules.
I was so happy about my over 5000x win on a slot i even shared it on a big casino forum it has today been show in a video "Biggest win of the week" their videos usually get 80000-100000 views so a lot of free promotion for this casino. I hope i can write that i also got the money cashout and i not have to warn people not to play at this site.

I can add to this that i have ask to have cashout on paysafecard. I did not have a paysafecard account so had to make this first and have my account verifyed there before i could use it for cashout.
I don't want to use paysafecard because they charge huge fee for withdraw money, and their cards are almost useless for payment in my country.
But two minutes after my complain was published here, i got the first 1000 euro accepted.
So seems like i am getting my money, but not in a way i would prefer.
I still need to make a new bank account to have my money from paysafecard, just wanted to have my money out from this site as quick as possible. I played my balance a bit up, so I still have 2x1000euro pending. And over 100 euro in the balance, gonna try and build that up to more cashout. When it gets to zero, and my remaining cashout is completed, i will never return to this casino. And because of this bad experience i will never play on a N1 casino again.
Another update i just got this mail from the support.

I can confirm that Amunra have send me all the money to my paysafecard. But i will still have to find out how to get my money out from the paysafecard plus they also have huge fees for payout to me.
As the casino themself said above, they know that the most important for players is withdrawel.
If it was a new problem just started to happen then of course the sites need time to fix it.
But i can see other people having the issue back in may, so that is at least for two months. If they wrote when i made the deposit, that i should be aware that can only can deposit with a Visa, but I will not be able to withdraw to it. Then i knew and I could consider if I wanted to make a deposit.
But how it works now, it is the classic Slow down tactic from a dishonest casino, because they hope some people will gamble away the money while they wait for their withdrawel.
I will as i promised the casino, let people know i got the money on the forum were i shared my big win. I will of course share all the details about how i got the money and then people can make up their own mind about this site.
It was a a one time visit for me to this site, due to the dishonest behavior.
