Please treat my complaint as most urgent
Reference to my 22bet account no 776118693 and Active other currencies account (usdt) 1018217083
My 22bet account was verified successfully on September 11 2024 after supplying all my verification documents to [email protected]. After successfully verifying my 22bet account, I started playing in my 22bet account more frequently and after winning some bets now I have 7246 usdt in my 22bet account
But when I tried to withdraw my money on 18th October 2024, my withdrawal was rejected asking for verification documents again despite the account being verified already on 11th Sept 2024. So I once again supplied all my verification documents to [email protected] on 18th Oct 2024, now it's been more than 24 hrs since I have given all my verification documents but I am still not able to withdraw my money from my 22bet account
I am deeply disturbed by this. I only played big on your website considering your good reputation in the betting industry
Again and again, I am being made to verify my 22bet account. This is completely unfair from your side towards a loyal customer like me.
I placed my bets on the most high-profile cricket test match (INDIA VS NEWZEALAND) still I am being made to beg for my own hard-earned money
please treat my complaint as most urgent and allow me to withdraw my money from my 22bet account since i have given all my verification documents to [email protected] multiple times
If I dont receive my money, I will be left with no other option but to adopt legal measures to recover my money including taking legal action against 22bet at your own cost and risk
I humbly request AskGamblers team to follow up with 22bet and help me withdraw my hard-earned money from my 22bet account

Keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given time AskGamblers Complaints Team will have no other option but to reject this complaint upon submitter's unwillingness to cooperate.

Hello Askgamblers and 22bet
I would like to bring to your kind attention that 22bet has illegally closed my gaming account and also confiscated my winning amounting to 3217 usdt . The withdrawal of 4300 usdt has been successfully processed by them which was my initial deposit amount but the winnings have not been given to me . this is clearly illegal on their part. They are saying in their letter that I have created duplicate account but I never created any duplicate account with them at any point of time . There is an option in 22bet to add other currencies (USDT) to your gaming account which is considered part of the main account. Just because I wanted to place my bets in USDT currency , I just availed of that option and and added usdt currency to my main account which was numbered as 1018217083 by the system of 22bet and named as Active other currencies (usdt) account. The active other currencies (usdt)account no 1018217083 was always part of the main account no. 776118693 in the currency INR.
It clearly shows that 22bet cannot stand winning accounts like mine . I placed my bets on the most high profile cricket test match between India vs New Zealand which I won . Had I lost my bets , 22bet would never have voided my bets and I would have suffered the losses
Also to point out that I have already filed a complaint with Kahnawake gaming commission against 22bet and submitted all the proofs as well
I will take this matter to the highest authority of law if needed and make sure that 22bet is made to pay me my winning bets amounting to 3217 usdt along with heavy damages for cheating and defrauding a physically handicapped person like me
I am a customer who is fully aware of his rights and obligations
Warning to all big players out there , never play on 22bet because they will not put your account on kyc if you keep losing money but if you win , your account will be subjected to kyc again and again and eventually you have your gaming account closed and suspended by them
Let's fight together against these actions of 22bet
