Withdrawal sent to wrong IBAN

I am opening this dispute against 22Bet regarding a missing withdrawal of €215 from 14-05-2026.
I want to state clearly that I have ONLY EVER USED ONE SINGLE BANK ACCOUNT for all my transactions on 22Bet. I have never added, owned, or used any other IBAN on their platform.
22Bet provided an Inpay receipt (End-to-end ID: 4834843109) claiming the withdrawal is successful. However, their system processed the money to a completely WRONG IBAN (ES20 0182 5430 4502 0170 9315) which does not belong to me, even though my name and address are printed on it.
My correct registered BBVA Spain IBAN is ES09 0182 5430 4502 0171 0289 (proven by my previous successful withdrawal receipt from 13-05-2026). My bank (BBVA Spain) has officially confirmed that no funds ever arrived because the beneficiary name and IBAN mismatched.
I have already uploaded full proof including chat logs (Ticket 16858332 where agent Fred admitted the payment specialist is checking it) and my official signed BBVA contract showing my real IBAN. Furthermore, agent Janelle stated they would escalate it if I provided a bank letter, which I did, but they still refused to act. 22Bet support is ignoring the evidence and refusing to recall the funds from Inpay. Please help me get my money back.
