I'm afraid there's no synonymous answer to your question, simply because the restriction applied by NetEnt and / or the relevant casino operator could be referring to specific country, or particular game etc etc... My advice would be to check in as many casinos offering NetEnt games as possible, because you may find many with different restriction policy.
