Delayed withdraw for over 2 months.

Its about cherry casino. I deposit 1000 swedish "krona" and simpely I had some luck and won and want to withdraw it. My withdraw stands still as "waiting for approval" . Get the same answer back every time I e-mailing and calling them , " when dealing with such large amounts as Finance must make certain routines, how many routines can they do at 2 months ? what are they doing? They say the customer service that they will send a reminder to them , certainly up in 15 pieces now at this layer , have been chasing them a good long time now . Any tips on how I should go about it? This is cherry casino its all about . I have screenshots, email that they promise me my money as soon they are ready to approv, but nothing happens, I have no idé how I should go with this?

You can submit a complaint and attach all proof and explain exactly, what happened, did you take a bonus or not? How much did you win etc.

 

After Askgamblers will review and you will be notify if its been accepted and Askgamblers will try and get your money back.

Indeed, what our fellow forumer @Fiekie247 has already advised is the best you could do to chase the issue further and find adequate help. I can see you have already submitted a complaint, however it has just been rejected due to the fact it lacked significant amount of important details such as dates, amounts, etc etc... Please, fee free to submit a new complaint but this time make sure to go through AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service Guidelines and read these carefully.

Cherry are usually trustworthy as far as I've heard although I haven't deposited there in a long time. It's hard to make a determination about what could be happening from the information you have provided - how big a withdrawal are we talking here? 2 months is definitely too long regardless of course. Get your complaint in and good luck, I hope AG can help you.
