Hi, has anyone played karamba and won a sizeable amount ?. I have but the payout process seems really slow, just wondering about other people's experiances with them. By the way  I won without playing with a bonus, so paying me out should not be an issue, because I played with and won with my own money.

I have played at Karamba but unforunatley I have never won anything nor requested a withdrawal. When did you make the withdrawal and what exactly has happened so far? Can you give us a few more details?

 

I'm not sure if we have anyone here that has made a withdrawal hopefully someone will come along soon and will be able to share their experience with you.

i played in many different scam casino these years and today i am using my Karamba account only because of the good customer support and also due to the fact that i never encountered any issue to cashout. Maybe it s your first cash out so your account should be verified?

I gave this casino a try mainly for the 200% bonus but also didn't have a great deal of luck. I honestly cant remember if the wagering requirement was 35xB or 35xD+B but either way, I didn't get close to hitting it. As ever though, don't think the software is to blame its just luck of the draw, sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you dont. I'm sure a google search for big winners on Karamba will turn up one or two if you were to go looking?

I've just checked our complaints history and we have 10 but 9 of which have been resolved! Which is fantastic! I'm sure Ridey will receive his cash

Glad to know your issue has been resolved although never had any doubts it will. Karamba is definitely a decent casino brand and they do care about their customers a lot. I could personally confirm that from my collaboration with their staff upon working on their complaints here.
