I made a deposit using LTC for a total of 1000 NOK on 28.07.22 to a wallet address I have used at Wazamba many times. Recently they have started to generate random wallet addresses every time you make a deposit, and that address only lasts 10 minutes.

The problem there is that every legitimate trading platform requires you to wait 24 hours after adding a new wallet address before you can withdraw to it.

This makes it impossible to actually withdraw to the address Wazamba provides.

I spoke with Wazamba in great length before making the deposit and was assured it was fine to withdraw to the wallet address I had already used before.

I have sent them all relevant transaction details several times but have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a reply about my missing funds. They seem to do this purposely. I have asked for transcripts of all my conversations over the past 2 weeks without any response. I believe this to be illegal and would like to formally complain to all regulatory authorities of gambling in Curaçao.
