Freezing my account after making first deposit

I am having a problem with Pokerstars on 7th August I deposited $22.27 using my friend's credit card since my card doesn't work online due to my bank policy.
That was my first deposit straight after that I received an email indicates that your account is frozen please contact support, It was a quick email explaining due to the terms they need to verify my account. I sent all relevant documents, now I have sent these twice to support@starsaccount.com. I have had no reply nor either any communication from them.
I request pokerstars to whether open my account or kindly refund my deposit which is an active balance to the card I used for transaction which I explained before belongs to my friend (P.S I've sent photos of his ID card, credit card which I used and screenshot from his bank statement with name and card number) also close my account and remove my documents from your database.
