Betway Casino - Played and won, but my winnings were not added to my balance?!
AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with enough information on behalf Betway Casino management in regards of this complaint to confirm and justify the casino actions.
Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.
Please see the findings from our investigation:
2015:
* We received initial contact regarding slot winnings not being credited.
* Contact was made via email and it was advised that the matter will be looked into and feedback provided within 48 hours.
* 24 hours later, we initiated contact to inform you that the only pay-out picked up in the investigation was an amount of £83.00. An audit review was attached to indicate this.
* We received a response to our email from you, stating that this was incorrect and the amount missing is over £500.00. You then requested your deposits to be returned.
* An additional request was received to have the account closed. A confirmation email of this closure was sent.
* We received an email from the your spouse, on your behalf, requesting all funds to be refunded to the card that was used to deposit.
* The 3rd party refund request was escalated to the relevant department and the card and account was locked.
* An email was sent with an attached purchase release form that both you and your spouse were to fill in.
* The completed form was received as requested regarding the refund request.
* The document was escalated to the relevant department.
* A refund to the amount of £380.00 was paid to the card from which the deposits were made.
* A confirmation email of the refund was sent.
