Since the 16th of April I have been unable to open the 24/7 live chat window. I have asked my 'VIP Manager' but she has not responded to this question. I have tried to request support through the casino's 'Support' page and have submitted numerous requests for help with no response. When I finally did get a response, it was the generic clear cookies and cache, which did not help. Was asked to send screenshot, I did. Then they told me its due to my device or my internet. How can it be working on my device one minute and the literal next minute it won't work and hasn't worked again since!
I would like this problem fixed by the casino and not try to blame me.
