I deposited 430inr and 448inr through Phonepe on 24.05.2024 and 01.06.2024 respectively. It has been more than 15 day and i have not received the balance in Pin-up Casino as well as it has not been returned to my bank account.
I have tried to reach Customer Support but they are just pushing the dates and not giving me any confirmation about the deposit.
I want to know if my deposit will be credited or returned. And how many more days will it take to be resolved, I want confirmation now.

And this is continuing since the last 20 days. I am frustrated now with this matter.
Also Pin-up Casino has stopped responding my complaints here.
