I made two deposits one is Rs.600 and another one is 3000. Both deposits are not credited to my account. But the amount was debited from my bank account. So please give me my money back.

Deposit made on 27-06-2022. I had contacted the support team and they give me a ticket number but still, there is no update regarding the same so please do

Not resolved my problem. Still my amount was not credited. Pin up team is very slow. I want my money now. Why they doing such things it is horrible. Each time i contact the live chat they told me wait wait wait they did nt know when it will credit. I want my money. Still i believe in ask gamblers site and pin up team. Please give my money. Other wise i did nt play in your site in future

TS-378831 regarding this your reply is saying me to contact the branch how can i tell them this situation. What document or what proof need to be submit in my bank. They are un aware about this transaction. When i check the transaction details in my third party app which im usimg to send money they told me that the amount is credited in their account. You told me the fund is not credited. Please tell me what could i need to do. What i need to tell in my bank.

after i make complaint to my bank they registered my complaint and told me that wait for 7 bussiness days for your refund , after 7 days no refund will get , so again contacted to my bank branch they told me there is some complication to process the refund because some issue from your beneficiary so they told me that you should make sure that your amount was not credited to their account or ask them to give a letter that contain your transaction amount the same had not credited to thier bank account. what i will di sir , i want my money , please do needful

I got reply from my bank. They done register for refund request to the beneficiary bank after the beneficiary bank approve they are not received the amount then your fund will be returned to my bank account. So please please pass this mesaage to ur finance dept and bank. Ur bank approve then i got my payment. Please pass this is to your bank

Now i would like to make a complaint at Licensing authority of casino. Because pin up finance dept and payment system was very slow they are irritating their customer. I use almost all other casino but pin up is the worst casino ever. So now i decided to make an complaint at licsensing authority of casino.
