On 30th April 2024 I have deposited 15000, and on 1st may 2024 I have again deposited 31000 and both deposits were successful from my end and was credited to the Beneficiary, but wasn't credited to my pinup account, it's been 14 days now still there is no resolution. I have provided all the necessary details and proofs of successful transaction from my side and even bank statement pdf online and offline with bank branch managers sign and bank seal on it, to state there is no refund at all till date. Till today they are still investigating my funds

I have got the same response from day 1 of this issue, but the point is why is it taking so much time and its been 14 days now and still awaiting response from payment system? I even contacted my Bank about this issue they said it has been successful from my side I have submitted all the required documents proofs stating that it was successful from my end, but your payment system is very slow to identify transactions.

Its been 15 days now and my both deposits are still not credited Total 46000 is pending for deposit.

Update on Deposits -

Dear ASKGAMBLERS and Pin-Up Casino,

I have received my 15000 Deposit in my Pinup Account, But 31000 is still Pending. I got a mail from Technical support regarding 31000/- they are saying that
" We have not recorded any receipts of funds from the deposit regarding which you applied. We recommend contacting your bank to clarify details and help finding payment"

I have already and again submitted mail and till date Bank Statement in PDF format, stating that the amount of 31000 INR is successfully credited to beneficiary / payment provider account, to prove that i am submitting here too. And also i will inform you that the amount of 31000 was transferred to same Beneficiary to whom this 15000 was transferred.

Kindly look into this issue again, I don't wanna waste another 20 days more for this,

I just want to say this that time taken to rectify this issue is 27 days which can be little more faster in future days.
