I had made a deposit & the deposit never showed up on my account.
They owe me a refund of ₹9999 to either my original payment method (bank account) or my gaming account.

Now, to resolve the issue - the first step I took was to contact their live chat support. I followed all the necessary procedures (providing them with my bank statement till that date & other details)
They said that the issue would be resolved in 2-3 Days which obviously didn't happen.
After a week into the issue and no resolution from the Parimatch Live Chat Support Team. I took the step of E-Mailing each and everything + more explaining my issue on 22nd August 2023. It has been more than a week & despite multiple follow-ups - there is no RESOLUTION.
After dragging an open and shut case of refund for more than 21 days - Parimatch had the audacity to say that they can't provide a timeframe, which is funny because - earlier on Live Chat, they did!
