I deposited 20k on 13th April 2024 but it has not been credited to my account nor refunded. I asked several times with customer care but they have not resolved it. My UTR NO IS -410475835850 Iit is highly frustrating to deposit and still not crediting. The customer service kept telling me to be patient and I have also submitted my bank statement still there is no use. Solve this query soon. Last time also I have deposited but credited after 1 week. Why this is happening ? Solve this soon.
