Failed to refund after multiple promises and deadline extensions

Today is 2025.10.24 Friday.
I am filing this complaint against Parimatch Japan (https://parimatch-japan1.com).
On October 11, 2025, Parimatch support confirmed via email that I would receive a refund of ¥709,000, representing the total amount of my deposits.
They stated that the refund would be processed within 14 days.
However, as of today (October 24, 2025), I have still not received any refund.
I contacted Parimatch support several times through live chat and email.
Each time, they kept telling me to “please wait.”
On October 17, they confirmed that the refund would be sent to my cards ending in *0447 and *3112, but no money has arrived in my account.
and This Tuesday again, they blocked my account without my permission while the refund still hasn't been processed, and they haven't even told me why. It looks like they're just trying to avoid processing the refund.
When I mentioned that I have all the evidence and would file a complaint, they suddenly replied and said the refund would be completed by October 24.
Now, just one day before that deadline, they have changed their statement again — saying that the refund “should be completed by this Friday” (October 25). This shows a clear pattern of delay and avoidance.
I have attached the following evidence:
1. Email from October 11 showing refund promise within 14 days and amount ¥709,000.
2. Email from October 17 confirming refund destination (cards *0447 and *3112).
3. Chat messages where they promised refund by October 24 and then postponed it again to Friday.
4. Proof that no refund has been received yet.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in recovering my funds and to investigate this casino’s practices.
I have given them sufficient time, and they have failed to honor their promises.
