Failed to refund after multiple promises and deadline extensions

Hello AskGamblers team,

Today is 2025.10.24 Friday.

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch Japan (https­://­par­ima­tch­-ja­pan­1.com).
On October 11, 2025, Parimatch support confirmed via email that I would receive a refund of ¥709,000, representing the total amount of my deposits.

They stated that the refund would be processed within 14 days.

However, as of today (October 24, 2025), I have still not received any refund.

I contacted Parimatch support several times through live chat and email.

Each time, they kept telling me to “please wait.”

On October 17, they confirmed that the refund would be sent to my cards ending in *0447 and *3112, but no money has arrived in my account.

and This Tuesday again, they blocked my account without my permission while the refund still hasn't been processed, and they haven't even told me why. It looks like they're just trying to avoid processing the refund.


When I mentioned that I have all the evidence and would file a complaint, they suddenly replied and said the refund would be completed by October 24.

Now, just one day before that deadline, they have changed their statement again — saying that the refund “should be completed by this Friday” (October 25).
This shows a clear pattern of delay and avoidance.

I have attached the following evidence:
1. Email from October 11 showing refund promise within 14 days and amount ¥709,000.
2. Email from October 17 confirming refund destination (cards *0447 and *3112).
3. Chat messages where they promised refund by October 24 and then postponed it again to Friday.
4. Proof that no refund has been received yet.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in recovering my funds and to investigate this casino’s practices.

I have given them sufficient time, and they have failed to honor their promises.

This is a very serious and ongoing issue.

Parimatch continues to claim that:
1) all refunds were completed, and
2) all ARN numbers were already provided to me,
and therefore they consider the case “closed”.

However, these statements are factually incorrect.

FACTS:

1) I won 200,000 JPY legitimately and requested a withdrawal.
– My account passed all verifications (identity, address, etc.).
– Parimatch rejected my withdrawal WITHOUT providing any clear or valid reason.

2) After rejecting my withdrawal, Parimatch stated that they would refund ALL my deposits instead.
– This refund has NOT been completed in full until today.

3) Parimatch claims refunds were completed on October 11.
– More than TWO MONTHS have passed.
– My bank confirms clearly that:
• the full refund amount was NOT received
• the 200,000 JPY withdrawal was NEVER received

4) I have provided:
– full bank statements
– transaction history from September until today
– proof of missing amounts
– proof that only partial refunds were received

5) Parimatch REFUSES to provide verifiable ARN numbers.
– They claim ARN screenshots are “internal documents” and cannot be shown.
– This is unacceptable.
– Without valid, verifiable ARN numbers, a refund CANNOT be considered proven.

6) Different Parimatch agents provide contradictory statements:
– “Refund completed”
– “ARN already provided”
– “Case closed”
while NO money has arrived.

This strongly suggests:
• false statements
• misleading communication
• possible fabrication or misuse of ARN information

IMPORTANT:

I can provide FULL bank records from:
– the very first deposit in September
– until today

These records clearly prove that:
• the full refund was NOT received
• the 200,000 JPY withdrawal was NOT paid

At this point, this is no longer a simple delay.
It is a serious dispute involving unproven refunds and potentially false claims.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to:
1) demand verifiable ARN numbers for EACH refund
2) require Parimatch to prove actual settlement with the payment provider
3) keep this complaint OPEN until full funds are received

This case should NOT be closed based on statements alone.
Only actual confirmed bank settlement should be considered resolution.

Update – Casino closed live chat after evidence was presented

I contacted Parimatch live chat again today.
After I clearly stated that:
• the refund has still not been received,
• I have full bank statements as proof,
• and I would submit all evidence to third-party mediators,

the casino immediately terminated the live chat without answering.

This shows refusal to communicate and avoidance of resolving the dispute.
I am attaching a screenshot of the chat being forcibly closed by Parimatch.

I am ready to provide full bank statements from September until today, proving that:
• the full refund has never been received,
• and the ¥200,000 withdrawal has never been paid.

This case has now escalated into a very serious dispute.

Parimatch has repeatedly claimed that all refunds were completed and that valid ARN (Acquirer Reference Numbers) were provided. However, despite multiple requests, they have failed to provide any verifiable ARN that can be confirmed by my bank.

My bank has officially confirmed that no such refunds corresponding to the alleged ARNs have ever reached my account. This directly contradicts Parimatch’s statements.

Furthermore, the screenshots previously shared by Parimatch regarding the ARNs are unclear, incomplete, and impossible to verify. Based on standard banking procedures, if a refund is genuinely processed, a valid and traceable ARN must exist and be verifiable by the receiving bank. The inability to provide such proof strongly suggests that the claimed refunds may not have been executed at all.

As of today:
- I have NOT received the full refund amount.
- I have NOT received the outstanding ¥200,000 withdrawal.
- More than two months have passed since Parimatch claimed the refunds were completed.

I am prepared to provide complete bank statements covering all transactions from my very first deposit in September until today. These statements clearly prove that the full refund amount and the ¥200,000 withdrawal have never been received.

Given the repeated false assurances, lack of verifiable evidence, and ongoing delays, I believe this case involves serious misrepresentation and potential misuse of refund claims.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to treat this case with high priority and require Parimatch to provide verifiable proof of payment or immediately process the outstanding refunds.

I am submitting an urgent update before the deadline.

Today, Parimatch sent me an email stating that:
- All refunds were completed
- The corresponding ARN numbers were already provided
- The case is considered “closed”

However, this statement is false.

I have NEVER received any valid ARN for the missing refunds.
I have confirmed directly with my bank/card issuer that:
Without a valid ARN, no refund can be verified or located in the banking system.

Parimatch now refuses to provide the ARN again and claims it cannot be disclosed,
while at the same time insisting the refund was completed.
This is a direct contradiction.

Therefore, it is highly likely that:
- The refund was never executed, or
- The previously mentioned ARN does not actually exist.

I do NOT agree that this case is closed.
Without a valid ARN, the refund must be considered unprocessed.

Please continue handling this case as unresolved.

Missing UPI Deposits Not Credited to Betting Account or Refunded to Bank
I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Withdrawal not credit even after passing of timeline

Hi Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding two withdrawal transactions from my PariMatch account that are showing as successful/completed on the platform, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.


Below are the transaction details:

Although both withdrawals are marked as successful in my transaction history, the requested withdrawal amounts of ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 have still not been received in my bank account.

I request you to kindly investigate this issue urgently and provide resolUtion. I have also raised ticket with them but both the tickets are still open without any resolution. The ticket no are as follows:

I request that you to reverse the amounts back to my PariMatch wallet immediately.

I have also attached the bank statement till date for confirmation, along with screenshots of the withdrawal transactions and account details for reference.
