I've added 2500 inr one month ago, which is on 24th of January. Ever since my deposit never arrived, nor did it come back into my bank account.
After that, I've made 1000 and 1200 respectively, and even they did not arrive into gaming account or to my bank account.
There is no live chat on their site now. They only give automated replies, and even when I created a ticket, it's been in progress for a month.
