I deposited Rs55000 in my parimatch ID 982576256 and it was successful, however not reflected in my account. They keep asking me to send screenshots, bank statements and all details. I have sent transaction id, bank statement pdf, screenshot etc. Even their website shows they received the amount and their payment team is working on processing it, however they keep asking same proof again and again and now asked me to contact my bank. I already contacted my bank and they confirmed deposit was successful. I have a vip account and they are not helping me at all. Emailed them multiple times and also contacted their vip whatsapp support which is just a BOT. I need Rs55000 refund to be sent back to my bank account.
