I deposited INR 69000 on Feb 23rd around 04:29 A.M using netbanking, amount got debited from my bank account but it's credited to parimatach account. After deposit the amount transaction status was showing as pending in Parimatch but after 5 hour it was updated as failed. I am not getting any refund. I tried many time to the support team first they told it will get credit within 5 hours but after that they are not responding properly.

Thanks for your reply, I already checked with my bank team, they told amount was successfully transferred to beneficiary, anyhow I will wait for 5 more days and I will update the status here
